Exploring Psychological and Self-Fulfilment Needs at the Workplace

Motivation at the workplace is influenced by conditions workplace. Employees are reported to be more willing commit and contribute company’s success when they motivated. This study investigates factors that a positive work climate in various industries. The instrument used survey with 5-likert scales. Excluding demographic profiles, 24 items looked were psychological self-fulfilment needs of 88 respondents from types industries responded survey. data was analysed quantitatively using SPSS. Findings revealed employees preferred environment allows them have social interaction. They also liked an where encouraged upgrade themselves. In addition that, physical mental important motivate workers stay happy work. value teamwork, trust, fairness.
